Focusing with Vijay Rana

You may have times when you suddenly know that something does - or doesn’t - ‘feel right’ about a situation or a person. And you may have noticed that when you followed this sense, it worked out best for you. With the Focusing technique we explore this ‘super-sense’ by focusing on where this sense originates from - deep in the body. When we do this, something magical happens, an innate bodily knowing emerges that can give us insights, guidance and relief about any area of our lives.

Focusing can help with: difficult emotions, decision-making, unblocking creativity, problem-solving and enhancing relationships

With the Focusing technique you are guided to gently go inwards and sense into your body. You can choose something to ‘focus’ on, or just sense for what wants your attention. You begin to describe what’s there, noticing bodily tensions, sensations, thoughts or feelings connected to the situations in your life. I’ll be carefully reflecting and guiding you into your ‘feeling-sense’. Sensing the qualities of this feeling-sense naturally unlocks the stuck, cramped areas within us, so that we let go and feel good again.

There is no specified number of sessions that you need to undertake for Focusing.

I can also teach you the technique (one-on-one or at my workshops) so you can do it by yourself.

Sessions cost £40 and last for a total of one hour, with the actual Focusing time being somewhere between 30 to 45 minutes.
